The people who own this motel are well aware that it is in a great location. They know that they will ALWAYS get people to book here because the beach is two blocks away. Because of this, they don’t seem to give any care to the condition of the place. It’s a hot summer’s day and you want air conditioning to cool down from being at the beach? Sorry about your luck. You want floors free from pet hair and candy from the last people here? What about no clumps of hair on your towel? You want a toilet paper roll holder? How about walls without holes or a room fully painted with no white patches from the curtains that aren’t there anymore? You’ll get none of these, but the beach is right there! It’s a gross place that the owners don’t have to care about because people will book it without reading these reviews because people do that sort of thing. I wouldn’t recommend this place, but if you are reading this, you’re probably the type of person that has already been convinced not to book it. On the plus side: no bugs that I saw! Enjoy your beach vacation!

My family and I stayed there on the 6th floor just last week. We booked it on VRBO back in February. My sister-in-law booked it for all of us. We were not informed that the week we booked from 11/6 - 11/13 the pool and pool area would be closed for maintenance. The owner did not even know. We were only able to get to the beach twice but after that from Sunday until we left that Saturday, they were sandblasting the pool and our deck was right above the pool area. We could not use the pool, jacuzzi tubs or go through to the beach area due to the construction and the dust was so bad we could hardly breathe. It took days before the building responded to my sister in laws email letting us know that we could go to another facility to use their pool. My niece and her family of five girls were not going to pack up every time they wanted to go swimming. It was very inconvenient for all of us. We could not sit in the living areas and on the deck while they were sandblasting the pools. They never said anything to my sister in law nor was it communicated on their website. If we had known that we could not use their amenities that week, we could have planned it on a different week. I think we should get some kind of compensation back on the price we paid for the condo. I will not book this condo again.

Recently remodeled rooms. Includes microwave, fridge, coffee maker and 42 tv. Tiled showers, but water pressure is low. Shower head height is good for taller folks. Pool is kept clean, fairly big but only 5' deep. Usually pretty quiet, management is pretty cool and laid back.
